Library is getting a new carpet!

MUM Library is getting a new carpet this week and for a few weeks in the future, replacing the 50-year-old orange one with a lovely sage pattern carpet for the central area and an earth-toned carpet for the entrances. Please excuse the mess! We now have both entrances open--please do not go into areas that are being recarpeted and please support us by checking out any materials that you want to take out for a while the entrances will be very open). As of Jan 14 (Monday) the workers are recarpeting the west hall in the main area, just outside the writing lab, the periodicals/video room, and  Archives. We will keep you posted using this article. Also check your group announcements. The contractors work fast, and this section should be done by the end of the week.
